| Our Physicians  | Richard K. Brantley, MD Dr. Brantley has been a physician in the Charlottesville area since 1997. He did his undergraduate training at Duke University and went to medical school at Vanderbilt University. After completing his residency at the University of Virginia, he joined the UVA faculty in the Department of Internal Medicine. He served on the UVA faculty full time and practiced primary care, taught medical students and residents in the clinic and hospital, and became medical director of University Physicians, Orange. Now he enjoys private practice, teaching medical students from the University, and spending time with his family and three young children. . |
 | William E. Fox, MD FACP
Dr. Fox has been a physician in the Charlottesville area since 1994. Originally from New Jersey, he did his undergraduate training at Yale University. Dr. Fox went to medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received the Anna Marie Chirico Prize for distinguished work in primary care. He then moved to Charlottesville to do his postgraduate training in internal medicine at the University of Virginia. Before starting his private practice, he served for five years at the Central Virginia Community Health Center while serving as Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at the University. He continues to teach a very popular course to residents at the medical school. Dr. Fox has received numerous honors and recognitions including the American College of Physicians Virginia Internist of the Year award in 2010. In addition to internal medicine, he has a special interest in aesthetic medicine, including minimally invasive cosmetic techniques such as Botox and soft tissue fillers.
